Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be Happy! So if for some reason you are not happy with the order you have placed with us, we want to make it right! We love our wonderful customers and we want to take care of you, so that shopping with DeJaVu is always a fun experience!
Please take a look at our simple return & exchange policy below. If you have any questions you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and she will help lead you through it.
All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Please allow one week for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method only.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
Exchanges can be made for any item in our online store.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Any purchases from our SALE category are considered to be FINAL SALES. You cannot return or exchange these items.
You cannot return or exchange if:
- We have received your return package 30 days after the purchase date
- If the items you ordered have been worn or washed
- You cannot return an item purchased in our SeaSide or PierPark store to our Online Store.
Making a Return or Exchange is so easy! (we do not give store credit for online returns, we will credit your card back the full amount) Placed inside every DeJaVu package will be a return/exchange postcard. All you have to do is fill out the appropriate side, stick it in your return/exchange package and send it back to:
